Please follow these guidelines in scheduling a speaker for your event:
• The Speakers Bureau is a service of Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation. Please allow a minimum of four weeks before your deadline to make arrangements for a speaker.
• You may submit your request using the online speaker request form. If you have additional questions please call 706-655-5666.
• We'll contact the speaker to schedule the event and call you back to confirm the engagement and get additional information as needed. We will provide you with the speaker's name and phone number if you have additional questions about the topic.
• We will follow up with a confirmation once the speaker has been confirmed. You should call the speaker one to two weeks before the engagement to follow-up. Included with the confirmation will be an evaluation form so you can give us your feedback about the speaker topic and the scheduling process following the engagement.
